QuestionIs this supposed to pause when you pull out the basket? Mine does not and I have to manually push pause to check on my food but the other units by different manufacturers pause automatically and I'm thinking the safety feature is not working.

- Answer Have never cooked casserole in my Ninja. I did make cheese pretzels in he Ninja and did become messy with the melted cheese but very easy to clean.

- Answer Not really it comes with a litile grill rail that lets the air fryer heat pass evenly . I usually just set my chicken nuggets and bagel bites to fry without flipping and there dope.

- Answer You don’t have to. Just rinse it with warm water with little dish soap. Wipe down with a sponge and let it dry on a towel. Very easy to clean the grease.

QuestionI got mine yesterday. It cooks like it should but it doesn't beep when the food is done. I know that the food is done because I can hear the fan turn off before it shuts down. Is there a way to get the sound back?

QuestionCan I use tinfoil in my 4qt digital air fryer? Reading all questions they state you can but should not place on bottom of basket. My unit has only a basket and a tray with holes. Should I put foil on top of tray? Want to reheat wings with sauce.

- Answer Made steak burgers in my 4qt ninja fryer. Set temp 375 for 6mins turn over set at 375 3mins. Absolutely delish. Can only do one burger at a time, but ok. Looking forward to hopefully purchasing the dual Ninja air fryer 6 or 8 qt. Love my 4qt. Easy to clean also.

- Answer I put the food in the pan an turn it on rarely even use cooking oil. They don't provide pans with separators if you can tolerate your food touching its big enough to cook a full meal for 1 person
