    • Answer The unit features a unique safety system that prevents damage to the motor and drive system if it’s inadvertently overloaded. This is not a defect. We recommend unplugging the unit after each use and leaving it unplugged when not in use to help avoid overloading and keep the unit protected.

  • Questionwhich parts of the ninja creami have pfas?

    • Answer I do not have the knowledge on PFAS in plastics but the bowls are plastics and so are the lids. They have rubber that holds everything air tight from the spinner to the blades.
