Yes, it does contain Teflon. The chemical disclosures under the Specifications section explicitly states that the product has PFAS which Teflon is a type of. That said, it looks like PFAS is limited to the carrier tray so you can use a stainless steel one instead.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, I don't believe it does. Nowhere on my boxes or two booklets or online have I found that this has Teflon except for one person on here claiming it does. I truly couldn't find any specifications section explicitly stating that, as I checked all I could. But I did double check Ninjas website and they constantly claim they use aluminum with ceramic coating for crisper trays. And on their California AB1200 information (pg 19) it says for FN100 [Model number] the product contains aluminum, while I see no inclusion of PTFE or PFAS for it. But don't just take my word for it, I'll provide pics showing what my model number is which is FN103CO, thus FN100, so you'll know what CRISPI falls under and the list since I can't post links unfortunately, but the URL will be visible there for direct reference
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. One post says that it contains teflon and the other says it contains a nano ceramic coating with aluminum. Which is it?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Would a product expert from the mfg please tell is whether the adapter ring and the food-facing plastic edge of the power pod are PFAS free, and where is the reference where Ninja states that?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, it does not.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Jamie! We confirm that the crisper plate in the Ninja Crispi Portable Cooking System is made of aluminum with a nano-ceramic coating; the containers are made of borosilicate glass with BPA free plastic handles, and the lids and adapters are made of BPA free plastic.
