- Answer It states 1 year, however, if you have the BB Total Tech package, it's 2 years. We use the Total Tech pkg. for several things, so it was nice to find out they extend the warranty another year.

QuestionWhen the timer goes off, does the temperature setting also turn off? Our current toaster oven does that, so if I have to leave it in for add'l cook time, I have to reset the timer AND temperature each time. Thank you.

- Answer Your settings are retained. When you turn the unit back on the time and temperature are the same as previously set.

- Answer Yes you can. One is the mesh air fry basket and the other is the roaster pan. So yes but you only get one so called basket.

- Answer Plug it in to the control, and just run the wire through the door opening. The rubber gasket will stop heat from escaping. It works really well!

- Answer Yes, the handle would touch the countertop if you had it on an island, however, because of the XL size of this Oven, the door handle is beyond the edge on a 25" deep countertop, and the door lays perfectly flat because of the hardware.
