Try spraying canola oil before and during cooking. It’s not a promise but you can try.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Keep them near 5 pounds each if cooking 2 . Spray with Canola Pam and rub a McCormic's Chicken seasoning on it. Try it at 370 for about 30 minutes, breast side down, then flip the chicken up and raise the temperature to 400-405 last 25 to 30 minutes. Meat thermometer about 157 to 158 degrees then let it sit. Temperature will rise to 165. This taking it out preserves the moisture, yet maintains the crispness. Leave oven on as the one on the right side may be a lower temp so cook it and extra 10 minutes. If they get too brown, foil it. This was 2-5 pound chickens, both finished at the same time.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think you may have a defective unit. We have great luck getting crispy food out of it. Much better then our old single chamber foodi. Are you cooking it on air crisp mode? Are you cooking with both sides or just one? Also helps if you preheat if you are not already.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I tried using air Broil and some time with the roast function and it got a shy crisp on the upper skin. Flip it and re-do again.,
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello, I have owned it for only a few weeks so Im still learning but I wanted to comment on another person saying to use Pam spray. I read its a no no to use certain aerosol oils in the unit because it will damage it. So I just wanted to say that.
