• The instruction manual comes with all the cooking temps and times you need including the difference between one basket and two at a time

• The temperature is set at 390 degrees and the time is set at 20 minutes, you can change it if you want by using the arrow to your left for the temperature and the arrow to the right for you're time make sure you press the mode you will cook your food in then your good to go
