“Has anyone noticed any strong plastic smells or any smells coming from the unit outside of the food? I've had this problem with a different air fryer that had a very strong plastic smell when using.”

We haven't noticed any plastic smell or other odd odors when using this model, though everyone's sensitivity to odors differs. We've used it for about a month, cooking in it at least 2-3 times a week if not more and so far it's been fantastic.
