A:AnswerPower cord is approximately 2 feet long. That will get you to a plug in a overhead cabinet no problem or a wall plug within that distance. If you must have a distance longer than that then your options are to use an extension cord (not personally recommend) or have a outlet put in closer to where you want the appliance to be.
A:AnswerWe advise that you do not use an extension cord. A short power-supply cord is used to reduce the risk of children grabbing the cord or becoming entangled and to reduce the risk of people tripping over a longer cord
A:AnswerDid you make sure you press the power button (off) after cooking? I usually press power and then after 20 mins I unplug it. If the machine is still on after unplugging the machine I would then return it back asap.

A:AnswerWe are sorry to hear of this experience. To ensure that the system is properly ventilated we suggest that you do not have it placed directly against a wall. The fan will run until the unit has cooled therefore, if the temperature in the room is higher it will take longer to cool.
