302 and 305 come with extra dehydrated function.everything else is the same. Model 301 doesn’t have it it should be cheaper. I bought 301 from Best Buy for my son for Xmas and later got the 302 from kohl’s on sale. That’s how I know the 302 is better plus the recipe book has more recipes
