It mixes well enough for basic dough but for bread you would still have to knead the bread by hand. For simply mixing (muffins, cookies, cake ect) it does a decent job.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think you could get rid of your bread machine and probably the mixer too. This machine will do both of those jobs. However, your bread machine probably also bakes so if you use the bread machine to also bake your bread, you MIGHT miss the bread machine. I don't think I would completely replace my hand mixer with this machine but that's probably because its weird not to have hand mixer, LOL. I'm not sure yet if I can do EVERYTHING with this mixer that I usually do with a hand mixer.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Our first project was to make a no bake cake that included dates. The giant lump of cake mix killed our mixer. This 1500 watt Ninja was very much able to handle the solid lump of cake 'stuff' with no problem. We use the Ninja mostly for smoothie drinks but I'd venture to say you could ditch your other equipment. This comes with a well designed set of mixing blades. We have never used it for bread but I recall that was an option that the manufacturer anticipated. I was impressed with the power. Be sure you buy one with 1500 watts. Compare it with other products in the $300-$500 range for power. You'll probably find they have the same power. Maybe others have more bells and whistles but the motor will probably be similar power.
