• We would like to inform you that this blender does not include a slicing and shredding disc. With this being said, there is a Professional Prep System, that includes a slicing and shredding disc, available separately.

• No, it doesn't come with a blade that can shred cheese. It only comes with dough blade

• It comes with a grating attachment and a pulse feature that supposedly does that great but I’ve never used it for that feature. I can tell you that it’s performed great for everything we’ve used it for and I’ve got no regrets whatsoever about purchasing it.
