Yes, I have done celery, apples, carrots, heck .. pistachios!! I even done frozen berries with the minimum amount of milk and its basically ice cream :)

I did try carrots but I it was very pulpy, didn't blend as smooth but I think maybe with more liquid it could have blended smoother. I will say also mine is not the IQ version so I don't know if that makes a difference.
