• We would like to confirm that you can crush ice in the cups as well. We recommend that you use ice fresh from the freezer. Do not use partially melted ice. Ice that has had time to melt a little is less effective as it becomes melted into one block.

• It can crush ice in the cups. It comes with a special blade insert that screws on to the cup. Then afterwards you take that off and put the regular top on.
