• Two questions down the response from MFG says "has PTFE coating" That's teflon / the PFOS / PFOA family of chemicals you are asking about. So... the answer is yes - or the other response is oddly specific and wrong.

• We would like to confirm that this product is free of lead, cadmium, BPA, PFOS and PFOA. You are not required to use both baskets when cooking. With the Dual Zone technology you can cook with zone 1 while zone 2 is empty.
