• It was already up for preorder, looks like they sold out. Supposedly there was a leaked GameStop memo saying Wolf is going to be limited in quantities so this one may be tough to get.

• You've probably already gotten the answer. The amiibo was preorderable for a short amount of time before they ran out of stock. Now it is out and just needs to be alerted when it is back in stock.
