• When the system is closed the outside is mostly purple, with some blue around the hinges. When you open it to play the plastic around the screens is all blue.

• Aloha! Yes it is purple with a beautiful picture of the Galaxy on it that's the front, but the rest of it is a dark blue. It is an amazing GameBoy it even has a camera!
