I preordered Smash the moment the game could be preordered MONTHS ago and so now that this was added as a bonus it doesn't appear I'll get it as it doesn't show on my preorder. You'd think they'd just automatically update their system, but BestBuy isn't very good with their online services. I called Support too but I was left on hold for nearly 30 minutes until I eventually got hung up on. I might consider canceling my preorder and ordering again and see if it makes a difference (although honestly, those of us who preordered months ago should get preference on these bonuses and I feel like they might end up being limited).
A:AnswerI had preordered mine and when i came in I went to customer service, the lady gave me the giveaway with my purchase. I would ask them to pull up the receipt
