The one with Nintendo for free is 1 year.

Typical 1 year manufactures warranty. I would highly recommend the protection plan through Best Buy to cover accidents and such.

Depends on where you purchase if you purchase at best buy you can choose their coverage, which they have different options to choose from

It is a 1 year warranty which covers defects by Nintendo themselves.
