A:AnswerI don’t work at Best Buy, but from what I’ve seen they seem to restock a few switches every other week or so. Your best chance at getting one is to just constantly refresh the webpage and hope one is in stock. This method worked for me, albeit it took a little while. Hope this helps!
A:AnswerDO NOT RETURN THE SYSTEM. The problem is systemic with all of the controls called Joycons. It is also a problem with the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller.
A quick fix is to do a cleaning with just a Q-tip (you can wet it a bit too) and clean under the joystick. That can temporarily fix the issue on both the Joycons and Pro Controller.
Unofficially, Nintendo of America has told their CS reps to fix all Joycon related repairs for free. Call Nintendo and they'll give you a shipping label to get them shipped and fixed. You do not need to return the system.
Also call Nintendo and they can help restore your digital purchases from your old system!
A:AnswerIt was in stock online yesterday (Tuesday, 08/19/2020), I finally got to purchased my own. They should be showing up again little by little. Keep an eye out, it may restock again next week.

A:AnswerThey restock randomly. I know they have restocked it a couple of times in the last few days. You just have to check in at the right time because they go quick. Even when it does show in stock, you still have to beat the autobots. I was able to purchase one yesterday but it was difficult. I was able to add it to my cart but every time I went to check out, it said it was out of stock. I kept trying and it finally went through. It's all luck really. I also used hotstock for alerts.

A:AnswerThey restock typically 2 to 3 weeks. Sign up for the email alert and they send it to you right away with a link to purchase from the email at regular price and has all the switch bundles including the 32 gig, animal crossing bundles and the switch lite.
A:AnswerIts hard at the moment, I do not work for the company. You just have to keep checking in every day through out the day. My entire house full of roommates have been searching for a few months. Today I happened to check online this morning and 3 of us were able to buy one because I happened to check at the right time when they restocked. They only allow 1 per costumer. I got the Blue/Red, my bf got the Grey, his buddy was trying to get the grey but it was sold out in minutes after my bf bought his. Don't give up! just gotta keep checking in.
A:AnswerCheck early in the morning and late at night on the website. It fluctuates and they seem to have just a handful trickle in but it’s getting more consistent.
A:AnswerHello. I am not sure you will have to notify best buy for that I do not work for them I just bought a switch that's all. The last time I talked to them they said there wasn't but you need to call them about that. Hope this helps :)
A:AnswerHi, try reloading the page after clicking checkout if it won’t let you complete the transaction. I was able to get my order placed by doing this.
