• This completely depends on which games you get. First party Nintendo titles are almost all rated E or E 10+ (suitable for everyone and everyone over 10 y/o, respectively) but there are some games that are rated M. The switch has a really large library so there's plenty of games suited for every age level.

• Any age! They have all kinda diff games. My friends and I play and we are in our mid 20s.
