• The game is not included it’s stated in the description of the console You can buy the game on the eshop or in stores

• The game is not included, as for as I know it’s only overseas purchases that include the game.

• My ACNH switch didn’t come with the game. It says so right on the box the game is not included. However, I bought my daughter the Fortnite Switch and it came with a code to download the game. Did you see any papers that could possibly have a code to download it? I hope this helps.
