It all depends on your location if they currently have it in store or have to wait for it be shipped from their warehouse. You'll be able to tell when you're about to check out, if you select your store, it should say when ETA for pickup is available right before paying. Some products are already in store so some are able to be picked up as soon as a hour after making payment. However like I said it depends on your store location because I placed an ordered with multiple items and had to wait for one item when the others were already in store.
