A:AnswerEven if you are able to actually order, you're still not guaranteed to get one. Best Buy can cancel your order if they oversold. I too was able to order one on November 13th but I'm not counting my Pokémon just yet. Hoping my order doesn't get canceled.
A:AnswerMost retailers run weekly deals. Sometimes the items are in partnership with the manufacturer and sometimes not. Electronics do not have that much margin and retailers don't usually make near that much in profit. If price is the biggest consideration, then it may be difficult at times to find a better deal unless you purchase from Ebay or unauthorized dealers etc. Beware of this and know that nany stoken items are sold like this.
A:AnswerIt means you missed out on the console essentially, it went up for pre-order a few months back. You may be able to get one at Best buy, GameStop, etc on the release day but I doubt stores will have extras.
