The nintendo switch Mario Cart bundle is not available today, as advertised 11/21/18. I called the local store and was told that they are available in the store, asked her to check because I had to get a babysitter to go. She confirmed that the store had several for purchase today. I got there and they would not sell me the bundle, he told me to call corporate to file a complaint. That the store had 24 of them and it is only a 5:00 door buster on black Friday. I came home called corporate and spent another hour on the phone asking to just send me the game and I will go online and pay for the console right now. She said she would place the order for me, we go though all of the information, only to get to the end and her ask me for payment!! I asked to speak to a supervisor and get put back on hold for a while longer and she tells me that this is not a thing they will do and a supervisor can't so anything about it either. I would go somewhere else that is offering the same bundle for the same price. Look online there are several places . Best Buy your costumer service is massively lacking. Your under educated employees cost me money today, which could have been a simple fix. Thanks for nothing Best Buy you suck!
