QuestionHow to do I make the bike go 90 miles range. It is not even going 60max even with pedal assist. I bought this bike thinking it would go 90 miles with pedal assist.

- Answer The bike doesn’t go 90 miles. Im angry too at the lie. I made a trip for 4 miles and the battery went from 100 to 65% charge.

- Answer The maximum speed allowed for a class 2 eBike is 20mph and the throttle control has this max speed but the max speed while pedaling is 28mph.

- Answer With the batteries at 7&9% it took almost ten hours to reach 100%. No hope for a quick charge, should you be stranded somewhere!

- Answer It can totally be returned but there is a charge fee Restocking fee that’s what I meant to say.. This kind of bike it’s really hard to see it getting returned to the stores..

- Answer Part of riding any bike is balance. You must be able to stay up on 2 wheels without falling down. If you could never ride a regular bicycle without falling down, this bike is not for you.

- Answer Yes - the seat height is easily adjustable. I'd like to adjust the handlebar height but haven't fund directions for that yet; still don't know if it's possible.

- Answer Like any electrical device, you don't ever want to submerge a battery or any other component of the electrical system. Or even get them overy wet Of course the big question here is " who would want to be out in the rain anyway on a bike? Or who would want to ride through water deep enough to submerge the motor/hub/battery?? Final comment: this bike is not for anyone short on common sense
