A:AnswerWhen I received my Ebike, had same problem. You need to loosen fork retaining mount, then turn the fork 180 degrees, into the correct position. The manufacter installed the fork backwards.
A:AnswerRecommended, only use NIU's proper charger for your bike. Though my batteries are still working good, my charger quit working only after 1 year. Had to purchase a new one.
A:AnswerDo you have the bike? Tire size is on the tire, 27.5 x 2.40. BTW, after only 1 year, no trouble with the front tire, but in the past 6 months, had to replace both, the tube and tire, 3 times. I feel there's too much weight on the rear.

A:AnswerPart of riding any bike is balance. You must be able to stay up on 2 wheels without falling down. If you could never ride a regular bicycle without falling down, this bike is not for you.
A:AnswerYes - the seat height is easily adjustable. I'd like to adjust the handlebar height but haven't fund directions for that yet; still don't know if it's possible.
