“This is my first cell phone (I'm old). After purchasing it, I then purchased T-Mobile's $15 a month prepaid plan along with a SIM card for my new phone. BUT I CAN'T OPEN THE PHONE TO INSERT THE SIM CARD. Is there a trick to it? HELP!!!!”

The SIM is entered in the side of the phone. You will need to use a punch pin in the tiny hole. Push that in to eject the tray where the SIM is placed. You can either visit a Best Buy store or a T Mobile store for assistance.
