“I currently have 2 older nokia windows phones a 640 and a 520 both windows phones. I want to transfer the phone numbers and address book over to my new Android phones. First can I do this, if so how. thanks Ed Bartlett”

I can't comment on transferring the address book from a Windows phone to an Android phone. I've been keeping my address book in Gmail since I got my first Android phone, and it has transferred seamlessly from one device to the next. It did take a little bit of work to transfer my previous address book to Gmail the first time, but you can work on that before you buy an Android phone if you want. Transferring a phone number from an old device to a new device is pretty painless. When I got my new device, I also switched providers. Most of the time was just getting set up with the new provider. Migrating my old phone number to my new device/provider was a small part of that.
