“Purchased in October 2018. Suddenly the other day, it will not turn on anymore. I've left it on the Nokia charger for a few days and it works fine with other phones. Volume down and power still doesn't come on. How do I get repaired/replaced?”

That happened to my husband's phone. I popped out the SIM tray, and voila! It would respond to the power button again! I put the SIM tray back in and all was fine.
