• Yes- this requires a apple watch charging cord, which coils inside of it. The device holds a charge sufficient to recharge your watch 2-3 times, however the actual cord is required. You can use a 1M or 2M cord.

• If you mean does it come with a charging cable? No. It doesn't, you need to have a charging cable that wraps around the inside of the charging station. It does seem expensive but I've gotten over five full charges out of the charging station for my watch several times.
