• It should. May look awkward though. I have an x-doria case and it fits but looks a little too rugged.

• Hi, Thanks for your question! I have not been able to test our Sport Strap with the Spigen Rugged Armored Apple Watch case so I can't say for certain, but I believe they would not be compatible because the Sport Strap has a raised area on the back of the strap that meets up with the surface of the watch.
