The service is now called TotalTech and it is TERRIBLE. If you call with a problem you will likely spend 2-3 days on the phone getting rerouted until the line goes dead. In my case I never got the issue handled I just got tired and returned it. Even returning it was a headache. I now have bought it directly from Nordictrack and it has been great. So far no major issues so I cannot speak to Nordictrack’s technical customer service.

Luckily after 4 weeks it still works fine and geek squad service contract is giving me a piece of mind. Fantastic expensive complex technology. You should be serious about using it if you invest in it. Use it 7 days a week if you can.
