“I was thinking of buying this treadmill but only with geek squad protection since norditrak treadmills always have problems in the first year. can anyone share their experience of how geek squad handled any issues with their treadmill? Thanks”

The service is now called TotalTech and it is TERRIBLE. If you call with a problem you will likely spend 2-3 days on the phone getting rerouted until the line goes dead. In my case I never got the issue handled I just got tired and returned it. Even returning it was a headache. I now have bought it directly from Nordictrack and it has been great. So far no major issues so I cannot speak to Nordictrack’s technical customer service.

Luckily after 4 weeks it still works fine and geek squad service contract is giving me a piece of mind. Fantastic expensive complex technology. You should be serious about using it if you invest in it. Use it 7 days a week if you can.
