“Does the Heart Rate Monitoring Chest strap come with the unit?”

• It is suppose to according to the NordicTrack site. My friends x22i also included the strap. I just recieved my treadmill from best buy and it did not include it. I opened a support ticket with NordicTrack and requested one. I'll see how it goes. I will fight for it.

• No. But iFIT sells and armband monitor and it is pretty cool

• No. I just got off the phone with Nordictrack who just told me that Best Buy would need to supply the heard rate monitor. I explained that it was listed as a feature on the BB website, but he said that BB would need to supply it. Nordictrack will not supply it, they call it an optional accessory to purchase.
