MaryM Yes, as long as you use an iFIT enabled piece of equipment, the trainers will automatically adjust the machine to match the terrain. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The bike will only adjust for intensity (resistance) for the workout that is on the screen on the bike - either iFit or built in. You can not connect a phone / tablet / iPad to it. The Bluetooth only allows for headphone and heart rate monitor.
