• Use this address to get to the Norton 360 Deluxe product page on the Norton website: https://us.norton.com/products/norton-360-deluxe Then scroll all the way down to near the bottom of the page, right after the "Frequently Asked Questions," where you will find the "System requirements." There are separate links for requirements for the "Device Security" features and the "VPN" features. There you will find the answers to both of your questions. Hope this helps.
