Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I purchased Norton 360 Premium online and picked up the box containing the activation code at the local Best Buy. Exactly 14 days later, I tried to return the Norton 360 Premium at the same store but was told that I could not return and get a full refund. The store manager printed out the Return Policy and it currently, as of April 2025, states that the return period is 14 days from purchase. I went to the store exactly 14 days from purchase. I explained to the store manager and assistant manager that Norton 360 Premium had a software incompatibility issue with my Windows 7 computer. (Norton 360 does state that it supports Windows 7.) Specifically, Norton 360 would cause my browsers (Chrome and Edge) to freeze-up after a few minutes. This problem occurred after running a full virus/malware scan on my computer and it would also occur after a full re-boot. I called Norton directly at 1-(800) 745-6034 and was told that if I had purchased Norton 360 directly from Norton, I could have received a full refund within 60 days of purchase. Why won't Best Buy allow customers to return Norton 360 Premium for a full refund? I will never buy software again from Best Buy!
