A:AnswerThis card at least from my experience can run Java or windows 10 edition Minecraft usually at or over 130 fps. Though Minecraft RTX beta it will run at a smooth 80 fps for the majority of the time but can drop as low as 40fps because of poor optimization and the fact that Minecraft RTX is still in beta.
A:AnswerUnfortunately this card is 100% fake. That tiny glimpse of glory you get when the button changes yellow and says "Add To Cart" Is a big letdown. You are literal nanometers away from buying the card only to get crapped on by bots. If I were you I'd just download a better graphics card because that seems like the only way to get one that is in stock.
A:AnswerRunning at 1080p, I idled at around 120 fps so yes, this GPU can easily handle War Thunder at max settings. That is assuming the rest of your components don't bottleneck this very powerful GPU.
For your other question, they seem to come in stock every other Monday (or at least they did when I was searching) but they only stay in stock for about 15 minutes so you have to be ready.
