A:Answer Ravage man is partially correct. While Nvidia does bin their GPUs to sell the best card, they also sell the same high bin GPUs to AIBs. So while many of the AIBs are selling the lower quality GPU, most OC versions of cards will be Nvidia high bin GPUs which are clocked higher than FE and therefore "faster". Cooling is not known this generation, but Nvidia did do a great job this year, so it will be really hard to tell until testing comes out.
