Q: QuestionDoes this remote work with TCL sound bar

• A:Answer If your soundbar connects to your TV via HDMI, it's possible that it can control the soundbar volume through CEC. It's also possible to program this remote to control your soundbar through IR. This remote does support programming it to control some devices, but I have no idea if TCL is a supported brand. A TCL TV, I would say yes. But the soundbar uses different IR codes from their TVs, so the Shield remote would need to support both sets of codes.

• A:Answer If you bought from Best Buy and its still under warranty you could bring it back to Best Buy. If not give Nvidia customer service a call , never send something to Nvidia, or any company for that matter without return authorization from the company.

• A:Answer If the Shield is connected to the TV via HDMI, it can control the TV volume via CEC, so it would only control the TV that it's connected to. It doesn't in general use IR to control the TV it's connected to, so there should be no interaction between the two TVs.
