- Answer There are two different packages, one with the remote & tv box. The other has the controller added to it. They are usually marked as such & there is approx. $20.00 difference in the price. $179.99 vs $199.99. However I did buy the one with the controller added in on sale for $179.99. Good luck

QuestionCan I buy the NVidia shield in the store? I don't really want to buy online. You didn't answer my question about what operating system it uses. Is it android 6 or the new 7 nougat? I didn't ask about Kodi. I thought the newer shields have 3 g ram.

- Answer Shut down your router/modem and wait 10 min so you can get a new IP address . Also shut down your Shield and unplug your cable. After the 10 min reboot the router/modem and your Shield plug your Ethernet cable back in and it should work just fine.

- Answer No. Not available yet they tried to get me to try it and lied about it working. It is in the App Store but does not currently show up full screen it loads like on a phone.
