if i remember correctly that is a micro atx board, and there are moutning holes for it. You will however need to move the existing installed standoffs around 4 or 5 standoffs to the micro atx spot. Each hole in the case, do say thiis for atx, micro atx, or itx board. i would go for a full atx board, and migrate stuff over if you can, otherwise cable management might get a little weird looking, because of the holes that the case has for the wires to go around the back to front.
