A: This is just a case to build a PC inside of. You would need to purchase the internal components (CPU, Motherboard, RAM, PSU, etc) to build the computer.

A: Yes it comes with 2 rgb nzxt front fans and 1 back fan. Unfortunately it doesn't come with a top fan, but you could probably find 1 for cheap or swap it from another rig. Happy quarantine
