“Do these come in separate pieces and then attach upon installation? Not sure what the delivery space is for getting these in the basement”

• Yes. Each seat ships in it's own box with the seat back detached. On arrival all that needs to be done is to remove the seat from the box, place it into the room of choice and attach the seat back. There are no tools required and set up takes a few minutes.
