Q: QuestionI’m confused on the material. I went to the store and was told that these are 100% Top Grain Leather. It’s even labeled that on the ticket/price tag. But on the website it’s labeled Bonded Leather. My question is which is it? Thank you.

• A:Answer This model is Bonded Leather which you can identify by looking at the model number - "TURBO-R3CM-BND-BL" where 'BND-BL' stands for 'Bonded Leather - Black'. The top-grain version of this seat will have 'LM-BL' in the model number which stands for 'Leather/Match' which is top-grain leather on all seating surfaces and portions of the chair you touch and a perfect synthetic match on the exterior seat back (that faces the wall behind you) and the lower exterior sides of the armrest.
