• Hey Mikey - we cannot guarantee seem less wireless charging with any products outside of our ecosystem (snapcharge, snap case, etc.) if you are going to use another phone case, we do recommend that they are thinner than 2mm - otherwise, you may have to remove the grip in order to wirelessly charge. Otterbox does have a tendency to be a bit too thick. I hope this helps!
