The camera will display the image with the date and time on the LCD during playback, but this information is not imprinted on the image itself. If you are printing at home, supplied software contains an option to print the date and time on the image. When you are in the print dialog screen you will see a check box for DATE and TIME. There are also many print labs that offer this service at the time of printing. If you need the date and time permanently stamped on the image itself, I suggest searching for 3rd party software that provide this action. There are many software titles available and many at very low cost.
