How does this camera do in direct sunlight? null

I think it does fine in direct sunlight. I have attached two photos taken this month in South America showing what the camera can due in direct sunlight. In both cases I am shooting into the sun.

It still works wonderfully in just auto, but there is a setting for sunlight to help it work even better. You can also use more manual settings if you are used to using more a SLR it just takes time to learn them. Hope this helps some.*
