QuestionIf Battery door was open and some water got in is battery, SIM card and camera ok?We got some water in the camera , as the batter y door was open a crack. Camera gave us a warning and then shut down. It was the end of day and we had a lot of pictures taken... hoping we didn't ruin the SIM card with all the pictures or the camera itself! Maybe we just ruined the battery and can replace. Does anyone know? Thanks

QuestionCAMERA'S LICKINGIF THE CAMERA LICKS CAN I HAVE A NEW ONE FOR THE MANUFACTURER OR MY MONEY RETURN? BECAUSE I'VE ALREADY READ THAT ONE CUSTOMER NEVER RECEIVED A SATISFACTORY SOLUTION TO THAT PROBLEM, THE FACTORY DIDN'T FIX IT OR SEND A NEW CAMERA AND THAT CAMERA IS NOT CHEAP.

- Answer An internal battery, by definition, cannot be removed from the camera - it is inside the camera, along with the processor, photo-sensor etc, all of which cannot be removed. A battery that can be removed is, by definition, an external battery. According to the above widely-accepted definition of internal / external, this camera does NOT have an internal battery. It accepts an external battery which can be inserted into a slot at the side of the camera, and which can, of course, be removed from that slot (because it is an external battery!) Therefore, all those who answered "yes" below me, are wrong, in that, their definition of internal / external does not conform with how the industry uses this terminology.
