• Yes it can. HOWEVER, i would not recommend it because the mentioned consoled cannot play at 144 frames per second so the 144 hz is a waste

• Yes, it can display any image from any HDMI source. However, note that you will not get the full experience of what your PS4 Pro is capable of, since this monitor can only display 1080P video and not 4K. Also, a 144 HZ monitor is serious overkill for any console.

• Ya I play my PS4 on here but from what I know and you can double check no speakers are built in
