the included USB cable is an extension so you can use your monitor's USB ports instead of PC'S however im not sure if this works on your console, in theory it should though try it

Please try again later.You do not need the CD-Rom that came with it, windows 10 will detect basic drivers for this monitor automatically, but the manufacturer recommends installing the drivers from their website (go to support and search for this model). The USB cable is just an extra feature, if you connect it to your monitor and to your PC you will be able to plug USB devices into the ports on the monitor itself instead of reaching behind the computer every time.

On the backside of the monitor there is two USB ports for keyboards, mice, headphones, etc etc. For those to work you need to have the square USB plug going from the monitor to your computer. If you dont use USB on the monitor then you dont need to worry about it.
