“Does this monitor have freesync over hdmi? I have the xbox one x and I am aware that the One X has amd freesync. Even though it is not activated at the moment until a later patch, I would like to know if I can use freesync with it over hdmi.”

You sure can, just go into the settings up the computer -> color modes -> view modes -> freesync; It will take a quick moment for the monitor to transition.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This monitor does support Freesync. Not all HDMI cables will support a refresh rate greater than 60 Hz, but if yours does, it should work. Otherwise, it works great using the displayport connector.
